The Trial Lawyer’s College Voir Dire Seminar introduces you to a method of jury selection in which you will learn how to identify the danger points in your cases, to reframe them into points of power, and how to approach potential jurors as an inclusive, rather than exclusive, process. You will divide into small groups to work on your own cases where you will learn by doing, not by struggling through endless lectures.
